Kitchen Downstairs Living Room Upstairs

3 mopping floors and getting rid of dirty water up and down to laundry.

Kitchen downstairs living room upstairs. 4 having kids sleeping on one level and living area on another is a pain. I am considering buying a condo that has a kitchen dining room and bedroom on the first floor and a living room underneath. Upstairs we have a huge open plan dining living room the kitchen and another small dining area as well as our main bedroom our study and the main bathroom and toilet. We had to winch the fridge lounge freezer and dining table over the balcony to get them in and lugging the shopping up was a pain.

Our last house had an upstairs kitchen and dining room and it was a huuuuge pain in the butt. 1 carting groceries upstairs every time you go shopping 2 if your fridge dishwasher appliances breaks down it s an extra 15 20 a pop to get them to deliver upstairs you can t just remove them as easy to garage for disposal. We lived in a home with upstairs kitchen and living. But having the kitchen upstairs was pretty bad.

To make matters worse the living room was downstairs so we always had coffee curry stains going down the stairs tbh that sounds worse than it actually was. I wanted to know how much it would cost to move the kitchen directly below where it is now to the bottom floor. High ceilings recessed lighting.
